Since I went out on my own in 1998 and started my business in a spare bedroom, I've had a clear goal of creating, learning about, and sculpting new growth opportunities. Since then, I've conducted business in nine different countries focusing on entrepreneurial initiatives, creative leadership, and professional and personal development.
I'm a problem solver who considers barriers to professional and personal development. I'm fascinated by how people behave, and I apply behavioural science techniques to real-world difficulties and business-related concerns.

Over the years, I've taken on various leadership roles, being diplomatic yet assertive when needed.
I've collaborated on the definition, design, and implementation of innovative business solutions with directors, department heads, and senior leadership teams to improve both collective and individual performance.
