At the age of 17, after watching Beverly Hills Cop, Sharon told her friends that she would one day work in Beverly Hills, inspired by her passion for classic ’80s films like The Terminator and Back to the Future. She ultimately achieved this goal on numerous occasions and went on to build a thriving personal development business that traded globally, leading her to coach and interview top CEOs and entrepreneurs in Los Angeles while promoting international trade and Brit Week as an East Midlands Government Business Ambassador.

Sharon has worked closely with production teams and creatives across the entertainment sector, supporting the development of TV concepts, series bibles, pitch strategies and talent preparation. Her work helps clients approach the industry with clarity, confidence and a strong narrative voice.
Throughout her career, Sharon has taken on many roles, including business editor, columnist and TEDx interviewer. Along the way, she has shared memorable conversations with inspiring individuals, from coffee with Bob Proctor to a Zoom conference with Oprah Winfrey’s OWN ambassadors and the privilege of meeting the late Sir Richard Attenborough. Sharon believes there is something truly special about interviewing remarkable people and exploring the ideas they are most passionate about.
