Sharon's journey of resilience
BIG dreams can start anywhere
|
From Nottingham to Beverly Hills to CSI Leadership profiling.
Sharon’s journey is anything but ordinary. From her roots in Nottingham to coaching CEOs in Beverly Hills, she has built an international reputation for blending psychology, strategy, and storytelling into leadership training that sticks. Rethinking shapes outcomes. For Sharon, business was never about the boardroom. It was about survival, grit, and creating something better for herself and for the siblings she quietly protected when things got tough at home. That early hustle didn’t just earn money. It sharpened her instincts, forged resilience, and gave her a street-smart sense for opportunity. Sharon is also a proud dyslexic thinker, something she believes has helped her see the world from a different perspective. The Prince's Trust nominated Sharon for a Cosmopolitan Women's Business Award in her first year in business, recognising her early entrepreneurial ambitions. |

Early Curiosity.
Sharon didn’t grow up dreaming of business; she grew up surviving. As the eldest in a home that was shaped by trauma and domestic abuse, she was forced to step in, step up, and bring money through the door while at junior school. Her first business was building and selling kids' go-karts. Next, she turned her dad’s pasting table into a market stall, selling bric-a-brac to factory workers on their breaks and even negotiating a cut with the factory manager who took a slice of her profits. These weren’t just side hustles. They were lifelines. They taught her how to read people fast, spot opportunity under pressure, and think like an entrepreneur before she even knew the word for it.

Hold on tight to your DREAMS.
Sharon’s life has been a whirlwind of resilience and reinvention. Growing up was nothing short of a chaotic showcross between Shameless and the BRASSIC TV series. Sharon left school at 16 with no qualifications, yet in her early 20s, she returned to education as a single parent, determined to rewrite her story. She owns her story with no shame or filters and understands what it means to come from a challenging background and face obstacles that feel impossible to overcome.
