Moving over to the fast lane in business
Sharon's corporate work has taken her to New York, Malta, Holland, the Canary Islands, and the West Indies. But her favourite stage remains Los Angeles, where she has coached and interviewed top CEOs and entrepreneurs while also supporting BritWeek (www.britweek.org) and developing her CSI leadership training programme.
Sometimes the biggest barrier to progress is how we think.
Sharon works with leaders, organisations, and creators to see opportunities from a different perspective and turn new thinking into meaningful action.
Through her work, Sharon helps individuals recognise and challenge these assumptions, creating spaces for new ideas, greater confidence, and fresh possibilities. Because when thinking shifts, new opportunities begin to appear.
Ways to work with Sharon include:
• Strategic conversations and advisory sessions.
• Organisational training and leadership development.
• Brand strategy and mentoring.
• Consultancy, research and programme development.
• Keynote speaking and event conversations.

CSI Leadership Training.
Investigating the behavioural patterns that shape leadership, performance, and communication.
While working in Beverly Hills, Sharon unexpectedly found herself on the live set of CSI: Los Angeles. The experience sparked an idea that later influenced her approach to leadership development. From that moment on, she developed CSI Leadership Training, a framework designed to explore the hidden behavioural patterns and communication dynamics that influence how individuals and teams lead, perform, and build strong professional relationships.
Through the CSI Leadership Sessions, leaders learn to investigate behaviour, perception, and communication patterns that impact confidence, influence, and performance in the workplace.
These sessions help individuals and teams identify what is often unseen, enabling them to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and awareness.
